A couple blocks away from 3rd street where there is Walgreens, T/K muni line, public library, YMCA, parks, post office, banks.... There is also a foods co in the neighborhood. There is one parking spot available in front of the driveway but parking on the street is pretty easy and no 2 hours parking or meters We are asking for $3,600.00 a month and $1,500.00 deposit. (PG&E and Water are not included on rent). 6 months lease contract. Thank you 6 months then month by month after.
