The open floor plan house is 3br/3bath plus office with one of the beds and baths located in the basement. The master contains a large walk-in closet and ensuite bath. It comes with a 2 car garage and fenced yard. The house will be unfurnished. There is currently not a washer/dryer in the home, but that can be negotiated for a small additional fee. The house is available for after July 4th and we can accommodate anything from a 1-3 month lease. A background check will be required as well as a $75 application fee (waived if applying through this website) and 1 month refundable security deposit. Tenant pays utilities. Cats and dogs are okay.
