My partner and I are looking to rent out our cozy 663 sq. ft. 1 bed, 1 bath condo near West Colfax/Edgewater/Sloans Lake while we relocate to Washington. Move in date is flexible and could be as early as end of May, ideal lease length is a year. The location is awesome because you are super close to the restaurants, shops, and parks around Sloan's lake (yogasix, electric cure, Odell's, lakeview lounge, and Carboncitos are some of our favs) while having easy access to 6 and 70 to get to the front range or mountains. Our condo is on a park where we let our dog play and lots of bike paths into downtown start (15min ride on paths the whole way to LoDo). The condo has its own entrance, a little side yard, parking space, laundry, and lots of natural light. We are private owners so no renting through a sketchy scammy rental agency.
