The vaulted ceilings and ample open areas make this home feel even larger than it actually is. It has tons of cabinet and closet space in the kitchen and bathrooms. The bedrooms and bathroom sizes of this home are much larger when compared to homes from other builders in the area. Neighborhood Description I'm biased, but the Saratoga neighborhood is considerably nicer than others nearby. The others are still nice and will hold their value well, but Saratoga will always remain better than the rest. It has a community pool, playgrounds and walking trails throughout its rolling hills. The elementary school, Kay Granger, opened in Fall 2007 and is located in the center of the neighborhood. What sold us on this neighborhood was the extensive use of nicer exterior upgrades like stone and stucco and the fact that even things like the street lamps and signs are not just the standard things like you see in areas surrounding Saratoga. The fact that Saratoga is in the Northwest ISD, not Keller, like most of the neighborhoods in the area is actually a good thing. Northwest ISD is better and hasn't experienced the considerable growing pains felt by Keller ISD.
