The home sleeps up to 7 in beds: Main floor Cal-king bedroom with adjacent bathroom; Upstairs primary bedroom with attached full bathroom has Cal-King bed, vaulted ceiling with ceiling fan and private deck. The room feels spacious with a slider opening to the deck. Upstairs bunk room with queen bed or two bunk beds, high ceiling and knotty pine walls. All bedrooms have lovely view to back forest. The main floor has a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, charming family room, large screen TV and oak clawfoot dining table seating 8. Puzzles, books and games are available. There is a roll-top desk here as well - used for remote work. Washer and dryer are on this floor and entry to garage. Upstairs also has a riser desk and work area along with a loft area and air-hockey table. There is a one car garage and huge storage area for equipment and toys. Minimum 105 nights for $160 per night, plus $350 cleaning fee, INCLUDES driveway snow clearing and wifi. Tenant pays water, electricity, garbage and gas. Ski lease Jan 16th to May 1st ID will be required by Linked-In and driver license. Lease will be provided for review and signature. Deposit is due upon lease signing to secure.
