Application: Digital online application and leasing process with e-signature Time Process Application Approval: 1-2 Business Days (Monday - Friday) Lease Signing: Same Business Day (The lease can typically can be created within 1 hour of approval on a Business Day) Qualifying Requirements: 3x amount of rent Proof Option #1: 1 month of pay stubs that show 3x the rental rate Proof Option #2: Bank statements showing 3 concurrent months of deposits that average 3x the rental rate If 2 people are applying together, their Proof Options can be combined to equal 3x the monthly rent A combination of Retirement, Checking, Savings, and 401(k) can be used in addition to qualify.
