We have a room opening up in our apartment starting January 1st! It's a real gem located in the heart of the Inner Sunset near 9th and Irving. It has a deck, backyard and extra office space. There's also a cool and functional attic space that's great for hanging out or getting some work done. It's a very unique apartment with hardwood floors, high ceilings, 1.5 baths, a spacious kitchen and big, bright east/west facing windows. The attic has some nice skylights too so it always feels sunny up there. Storage is plentiful as well. We have fast Sonic WiFi and Ethernet is run throughout the house which makes working from home a breeze. There are also a lot of areas to get some private space for working or relaxing. We cannot emphasize the location enough. Golden Gate park is a short walk away along with some of our favorite bars, cafes and restaurants in the entire city. These include San Tung, Manna, The Beanery, Fireside Bar, New Eritrea, Underdogs Tacos and more. It's also one block from Andronico's Grocery Store. A quick hop on the 7 and you're in The Haight/Cole Valley. The N gets you to the beach in 20 minutes and Downtown in 30. Take the 44 up to Glen Park Bart and you're in the mission in roughly 30 minutes. There's never a shortage of things that you can do without ever needing to get in your car. And, if you do have a car, we have an off-street parking spot. The room opening is for $1500. It is attached directly to the half bath and overlooks the beautiful backyard. We are looking for someone who is friendly, clean and respectful ideally someone who is interested in signing a year lease. Security deposit is the same as rent. Utilities are not included but water is paid by the landlord. Usually they amount to about $100 a month per person give or take. If you're curious about seeing the apartment, message me.
