Room available in a 3 bed 2 bath house in a quiet neighborhood. We're both pretty chill working professionals. Washer and dryer included. You are more than welcome to use the entire house, just make sure you clean up after yourselves and respect quiet hours. We do have one small dog who is hypoallergenic. The airport is 15 minutes away and downtown/midtown is 10 minutes away. Raleys, Nugget, and Bel Air are all less than 10 minutes away. There is street and driveway parking available. No smoking indoors. Quiet hours are after 10pm. Guests are allowed but cannot stay more than 3 days a week.
