Thus, the Coliseum area is definitely "up and coming" by these investors. The single property owner of the cottage lives in the "big house" in front of the cottage. All in all, this cute cottage will make the perfect place for an independent person, a nurse, a student, a teacher, or even a loving couple. Owner pays for water and garbage pick up. Renter is responsible for own electricity. Last month's rent is due at signing. Unit comes furnished or unfurnished (Furnished-3 month minimum stay / Unfurnished-12 month minimum stay.)
