This Studio is in the Tower District where you'll find lots of great food and activities. Your own walkway leads to the private Patio where you can lounge, garden and BBQ and enter the STUDIO thru the French Door and also access the gated 6x10' outdoor storage area. The walls are soundproof (but birds on roof can be heard), it's newly painted, and has a new kitchenette with undercounter refrigerator and countertop oven. Closet has laundry hook-up but it must be a vented machine. Several laundromats are nearby. Hard wired ATT is there but T-Mobile WiFi ($30 per month) works great. Parking is on the quiet, shady street which I've shown in the photos. Also, the unit is unfurnished now, but in the photos I included pictures of a previous tenant's furnishings. The Twin bed was perfect for the layout and I still have the Metal frame which you may want to use. The bathroom has a tile shower and a vessel sink. Air conditioner and space heater work great with remote controls. There are no shared areas as the other studio unit has its own walkway and gated yard. I live in the other Studio and manage property for the out-of-town owner who requires rent/utilities paid in cash, on time. And that will probably be the only time you'll see or hear me unless you require something, as I am not social or nosey! This is a Month-to-Month Contract unless you wish for a one year lease. Renter pays minimum Utilities fee of $100 per month at the time of rent payment. If PGE use is extraordinary, then an addition sum may be charged. We are sorry, but: No pets. No smoking or vaping. Other long-term tenant has severe allergy to dander and fumes.
