My boyfriend and I are looking for a like minded (one) person for this available room. It has its own private bathroom. The driveway fits two cars and you will have access to one spot. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. This is a very quiet house located in a Cul de Sac in San Marcos. We have a large couch in the living room and full access to the kitchen. There is a backyard to hang out, our animals are usually back there as well. The most important thing is you must love animals, I am going to be very straight forward about that. We offer a month to month lease but would prefer someone who'd like to stay for a while! We're just looking for a good fit! We do have animals in the house which I'd like to make very clear, I promise they're wonderful but you need to be an animal lover! We will CONSIDER a small/medium dog as long as they get along with the other dogs and extra deposit. Room is not next to ours but down the hall.
