All utilities included with the exception of heat. This is a Winter Rental; October 2026-May 2027. Owner pays all utilities with the exception of heat. Highest bill last year was $136.03. No subletting. Last months' rent due at signing. A $1,075 security deposit will also be due 10 days prior to move in date. First months' rent will be due 5 days prior to move in date.
