The back yard is expansive and has a newly concreted pad to support a gazebo and relaxation area. We can't say enough great things about this farmhouse. It is a stunner. The neighborhood is extremely calm/quiet and you can hear Laurel Creek from the porch. The location is advantageous. You will find most of downtown Damascus is blanketed with C Zoning, which has impacts to your lending process. Our property is zoned Residential and most importantly, it is out of the flood zone. Showings are available and in order to view the property, you must demonstrate proof of funds from your bank.
