Are you looking for a place in Falls Church or a handy commuting base to get into DC? Do you recognize the symbol on the door? Do you have a jones for good beer or wine & a place to binge on your nerdisms? Well if you answered yes to one or (five?) Of those questions you couldn't have picked a better vainglorious posting to peer at. We are a guy and a girl (not a couple) looking to fill the biggest room in the apartment for a June move-in. The place is right on Broad St. In walking distance of about 6 killer bars and restaurants and right in between the East & West Falls Church Metro stations. Your room would be the largest in the apartment, it has a walk-in closet and overlooks the pool. What we are looking for is a fun person who wants to make new buds and have fun around town. We really will prefer to give the room to someone who can engage in the apartment and be an active addition to the space here. If you tend to hunker down in your room, peeking out only for food and water, it may not be the best fit ever. The complex is safe, parking is (usually) pretty reliable, & the apt is on the top floor so noise is less of a thing. There's also an awesome pool less than 50 feet from the back door! Two months notice before vacating apartment.
