Live in Taos this ski season! Fully-furnished, ~6 month lease (November thru April). Great for skiers, artists, vacationers, or traveling medical staff. Just a few minutes from the hospital. Awesome Southwest place with great views and so convenient! Glass doors open onto large backyard area with a patio and gardens. Get the whole Taos experience! Vigas, tile and hardwood floors, cozy fireplace, newly remodeled kitchen, lots of closets, bookshelves. One bedroom is set up for sleeping and the second as an office/tv space with a very comfortable futon. (My daughter spent a month sleeping on it and deemed it more comfortable than her bed.) Plenty of parking. Walk to the Taos Spa & Tennis Club, affordable, with great yoga instructors, and a happening hot tub! (Oh, and pickleball if you're into that :-j) Dance at the Sagebrush, also close enough to walk, where there's live music every night! Catch the Blue Bus and ride for free all the way to Taos Ski Valley or a short hop to the plaza and the galleries on Kit Carson Road or just drive there in 5 minutes. This is a detached condo; entirely separate from the other units but you don't have to shovel snow or mow the grass. I would consider pets with references for an additional deposit and fee. You pay for electric, I will cover the remaining utilities. No smoking indoors, please. There are no stairs but the doorways won't accommodate a wheelchair.
