Over 90% of the original lathe and plaster has been removed,the walls insulated and drywall installed. New Architectural shingled roof in 2013. All windows are double pane glass. Front door is fiberglass with sidelights. Back door has a window with built in blinds. Backyard is fully fenced. House has an attic fan and a whole house fan. LED lighting is integrated in most rooms of the house for energy efficiency.
