Taking Applications for this rental, it is walking distance to the Sun River which has great flyfishing. The shop is 25 x 30 and is heated and insulated with a large door you can park a semi in this unit. It has 2 lawn sheds one is not so nice the other is great. You must call me if you want to set up a time to see this rental because the tenets still live there until about July 8, I think. I must ok the time with the tenets so call me. Some photos are not updated on inside colors because of new construction of new windows and doors. I should have updated photos soon. A $35 fee to show this rental must be paid when you arrive. One year lease only. Heat is natural gas about $150 in the winter about $50 in the summer. Electric is about $120.00 a month.
