This unit is located in a 6 unit complex. It is the entire upper floor. It is really a 4 bedroom, but we prefer to rent to 1 or 2 people max to keep quiet and parking. The other spaces would be great for home office, den, craft room, study rooms, storage etc. It offer a large eat in kitchen. It is within walking distance to TWU and downtown. Laundry hook up in unit! NO PETS allowed in this particular unit. You can do a google street drive by. Please do this before calling to make sure it is something that will work for you. You will also be required to pay $40 application fee for criminal and background check. Tenant responsible for all utilities. NO PETS. Parking for 2 vehicles MAX. Prefer no more than 2 occupants.
