Water is included in the monthly fee. Electricity must be paid by the renter unless they want to add $200 to the monthly rent and then we will pay it. This townhome must be rented at least three months at a time. No smoking inside the home. Renter will cover damages to house as long as their normal and resonable wear and tear.
