Since I moved here in 2013, this home has been renovated, painted inside and out, carpeted and generally updated and finished. Entire roof was replaced in 2014 by Carlson Roofing, GAF fiberglass shingles, all wood sheathing and fascia board replaced, roof has a 30 year warranty, 15 year transferable. Garage door has been reinforced and made much heavier and wind resistant. AC works well, and yard has many mature live oak and palm trees that provide shade. Lanai has privacy from neighbors and a nice view of the back yard. House is near the top of a grade, at 10 feet elevation, good drainage and "minimal flood risk zone" on NOAA charts.
