We are looking to have someone take over our lease on a lovely one-bedroom apartment in Woodbury Gardens. The apartment is close to campus, on a bus line (with a complementary daily shuttle to campus available), and a quick walk to Lucky's grocery and other stores. It's ideal for anyone working or studying on central campus. The apartment is well-maintained and management is responsive to any and all service requests. We are only moving because we purchased a house and thus need someone to take over the lease. The apartment would be available as soon as December 22 and the lease is currently slated to end on April 22, 2018. The lease would also be available for renewal should you want to renew.
