Close to pool, which is maintained weekly. Quiet neighborhood, near Forest Lawn. Unit was kept clean, only by fiance and myself. Owner pays for water. Renter is responsible for gas and electric. Last month's rent due at signing. No smoking allowed. Up to three pets total allowed.
