'Lincoln Park Lodge' is located in the community of Cave Rock, NV which is on the south/east shore of Lake Tahoe approximately 5 miles from the casinos on the state line. The nearest ski resort would be Heavenly being only a 10 to 15 minute drive away. The nearest beach would be the Zephyr Cove Resort (which has a marina and restaurant) and it is just a short drive down the road! This deluxe, 5,000 square foot home has a forest, mountain and filtered lake views. It has its own private hot tub, and a gas fireplace in the main living room. The home has dining for 10. At the back of the house, there are 3 small decks and a spacious, fenced back yard. Bedding: Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bedroom 4: 1 Bunk Bed Sleep Sofa (Queen) There is a $50 service fee, $100 damage fee, and a cleaning fee. At the time of booking, the first month?s rent, cleaning fee, hot tub fee (if applicable), service fee, damage fee and security deposit are all due. Rent is due on the 1st of every month. Late fees are applied on the 5th. Utilities (gas and electric) are not included in price. For 6+ month rentals, utilities will be put in your name with the utility companies for the duration of your stay.
