It's possible to build on this lot but you will have to move the road onto the correct alignment, which wouldn't be too hard to do. I had building plans for this lot, a 20x17.5-foot cabin, and then the fire destroyed everything and lost interest. Another problem is a septic system but this is a problem for all lots on Mt. Lemmon. My plan was to use a composting toilet, greywater and a leach field for the kitchen sink.
