Great house on a large .66 acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on main level. Walk out basement patio in rear. Owner pays for trash and sewer/water. Tenant pays all other utilities and assumes lawn care and snow removal. Renters Insurance and proof there of is required. No pets (don't ask). We use Zillow's free background check as a preliminary. If that passes then we run a more comprehensive background/credit check at $50 per tenant for final approval.
