Before, it got to 150F when we had 100F days. Foam is a BIG ++ ! Just added (11/2018) a 18,000 kWh Solar panel system. Will provide 85-90% of electricity. 2019 - 2 new Trane AC heating Units. Upgraded the efficiency to 18 SEER. Fall 2021 - added whole home generator (General)
