This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and is only suitable for quieter groups. Violations of this policy may result in fines up to $10,000. Parking is available for two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway. No street parking is allowed, and low-graded vehicles may graze the driveway due to its angle. This is a smoke-free property, and violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $300 smoking fee and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Unauthorized parties or events will be shut down, and a fine will be assessed. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours from 9pm-8am are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems are provided for use in the property.
