Talking with other homeowners, the average monthly rate is $2000. With that, this condo is turn key and ready to be leased out right after closing. There is an established HOA and monthly dues for the one bedroom units are $210 per month which includes water, sewer, and use of the facilities. Facilities include the pool, hot tub, and the recreation room which is set up with a tv and bar-like setting.
