The living space is open concept, with the kitchen being open to the living and dining areas. The kitchen has tons of cabinet and countertop space with a bar seating area that faces the living room. There is a spacious laundry/mudroom that has interior and exterior entrances. In the hallway you can find a large storage closet, plus built in cabinetry for added storage. The bedrooms are all of good size with plenty of closet space. This lease is for the duration of one year. First month's rent and deposit are required before the previously agreed upon move in date. Utilities not included. Tenant is responsible for all utilities: electricity, propane, garbage, water/sewer, and lawn care. Tenant is responsible to check the level of propane in the tank and call to have it filled before it is below 30%. Should the tenant not call to have it filled before it reaches below 30%, any forced air or water heater issues and/or repairs/replacements that follow will be paid for at the expense of the tenant. Tenant must agree that the property is in good repair when they move in, and maintain that same condition for the duration of the lease. No smoking inside or outside of the property. No pets living in or visiting the property. The landlord has the right to make repairs and exterminate upon notice by the tenant. The tenant will pay for any repairs if they caused the damage. Tenants will follow the city noise ordinance. Tenant may not conduct illegal activity in or on the property. Tenant may not make alterations or damage the home or property. Doing either of these is grounds for eviction.
