Private Basement Suite in Shared Home | 2 Bedrooms, Own Bathroom & Living Room I'm looking for tenant(s) to rent the finished basement suite of my home in Westminster near 128th Avenue. This is a shared house with me (the homeowner), but you'll have your own private space downstairs, including: Two bedrooms Full bathroom Living room The only shared space downstairs is the laundry room, which I'll access as needed. Upstairs, the kitchen and main living room are shared. I work at CU Boulder and am in the office most weekdays, so I'm often gone during the day. I also have two friendly dogs (a Pug and an English Bulldog) who mostly sleep but are always happy to meet new people. The house has been newly renovated and freshly painted and is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to Denver, Boulder, and US-36. There is driveway parking as well as plenty of street parking. Rent: $1,400/month for the entire basement suite, plus shared utilities. If you only need one bedroom, I'm also open to renting the rooms individually for $800/month each. Available: August 15 (flexible move-in) Move-in costs: First month's rent plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent. I'm looking for respectful, clean, non-smoking tenant(s) who are comfortable sharing a home while enjoying a private downstairs living space. Pets may be considered on a case-by-case basis with approval and a pet fee. After the initial lease term, the lease may continue on a month-to-month basis with 30 days' written notice.
