The master bedroom looks out to the garden space. The master bathroom is a new addition which includes a custom-built vanity, a jetted bathtub, commode and a walk-in closet. Going down the stairs the 1/2 Basement has been finished and divided into 2 separate rooms, the first bonus room has a wood stove and is an ideal place for a den, office or another bedroom. The second room has a door leading outside to a small, covered patio. Both rooms have finished sheetrock walls and paneling with ceramic tile floors. Besides having a wood stove and gas fireplace there is also central heat (gas) and air conditioning throughout the house. The house has city water and a septic system. High speed internet is available through the local telephone company. The porches have plenty of room for entertaining company or just sitting and enjoying the beautiful flowers and plants landscaped with rocks found on the property. The flowers and trees attract several species of songbirds and squirrels. Along the driveway is a rock wall which features a small man-made water feature. At the end of the driveway is a detached garage that can be used as a workshop. It has electricity and a wood stove for heat. Privacy is not an issue, the house is not visible from the road, a partially shared driveway leads back into the country where the house is surrounded by woods and overlooking rolling fields. As for neighbors, you will have some, but no worries, they can't see you from their house or yard and you can't see them. There are no city noises here, you will hear crickets, tree frogs and whippoorwills throughout the summer nights.
