It can be rented furnished, or we can remove the furnishings based on the length of the lease. The bottom floor of the condo (which is the 3rd floor of the building) is a 3bd/2ba and the top/penthouse floor (the 4th floor of the building) is a 2bd/2ba. Both floors have a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and both floors have separate and private access. There is a laundry room in the garage. This big, bright apartment is roomy, family friendly, and there's a lovely balcony off of the penthouse for morning coffee and looking out over Golden Gate Park and out towards the ocean. It's ideal for a large family, and subleasing is allowed (our prior tenants had the upper unit available for short-term rentals when their family wasn't visiting them). There is a garage available (small/mid-size car only) and it's quite safe in the area. The neighborhood is bustling, with cafes, grocery and lots of food options right around the corner. There are two very close bus lines and bike rentals so you can get around easily car-free. The Golden Gate Park and the Pacific ocean are waiting for your visit! This apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floors with no elevator. This condo is perfect for people who have lots of visitors, have older children who crave their own space, or need a larger than average work from home space. Our last long term tenants had family that would visit from overseas for about 6 months per year, then they would sublease/AirBnB the remaining time (subleasing is allowed). We have lots of photos and are happy to share! The condo is currently furnished but we would be happy to remove the furniture if you'd prefer. The garage is shared with another tenant in the building (not tandem).
