There's a parking pad with space for 1 car, and I've never had an issue with finding street parking. There's also space out back for your grill and/or planters. There is space for a small garden by the parking pad. Owner pays water, tenant is responsible for other utilities. 1 off street parking spot plus plenty of street parking.
