This has been the perfect first home for us! We love the open concept first floor, with eat in kitchen and bar area that flows to the living room. The custom built bookshelf near the entrance allows for convenient storage. We love entertaining friends, especially in the summer, where guests can move between the game on TV, snacks in the kitchen, and conversation on the back porch by the grill. At night the porch is a great place to eat al fresco with views of the woods and lightning bugs. Upstairs, we have enjoyed the large bedrooms with enormous closets. The en suite bathrooms in each room are great for guests staying with us or as a rental option. The custom installed ceiling fans add a touch of character and help keep the rooms cool in summer. The garage has an incredible amount of space even with one car parked inside. We have never had to clutter up the rest of the home thanks to the garage organization system we custom installed along the west wall and in the storage room off the garage. The utility sink makes clean up easy and also provides a hose hook up for watering plants or washing cars. Outside, the east side of the house and the front entrance have no-maintenance landscaping installed, with evergreen bushes and perennial flowering bulbs providing color and cheer to the exterior of the home. We spend a lot of time outside on the grass enjoying the peace and quiet of Stella Ridge.
