House is located in Meadow Woods just off of Whetherbee Road and Landstar. Bedroom is furnished with queen size bed, dresser and Ceiling Fan Private Living Room furnished with Sofa, television stand (television optional) and Ceiling Fan Private Bathroom with walk-in closet. Shared common areas are the Laundry, Kitchen, Main Living Room, Patio. Utilities are included in rent (Electric, Water, WiFi and Pest Control) Home is located minutes away from OIA (MCO), Medical City, easy access to 417/528, Florida Turnpike. Just around the corner from 7/11, CVS, Walgreens, Neighborhood Walmart, Publix, Aldi and a handful of great places to eat out or order in. All Theme parks, Entertainment, Nightlife and Shopping (Gyms, Shopping, Old Towne Kissimmee, I-Drive) are approximately 15-20 minutes away with SoDo only being 8 miles. Even though we are the landlord we welcome and make every housemate feel at home and hope that you feel comfortable enough to join us at times for dinner, occasional drinks and/or even movie night or a night out. One of our favorite sayings "Live Your Best Life", we are professionals, but we also love a nice party or gathering with friends and family. Safe street parking in front of house. Community has a Swimming Pool, Basketball Court, Walking Paths, Tennis Court, Community and HOA events throughout the year. Privacy, safety and respect are the top expectations in the household. General house responsibilities would include but are not limited to cleaning up after yourself, keep your private space tidy and always feel free to communicate any suggestions that help the household live well together. Open for discussion, but we prefer 6 months minimum and automatic renewal if you choose to stay on a month to month with a requirement of 30 days notice to move which your last month is already paid with the move in first and last month rent. We ask for a move out cleaning fee of $100 in which if you leave the room as it was at move in then we will refund that fee
