I signed a lease for this next year starting in July through next July, and I am not going to be able to fulfill it because I'm taking a year off from school. Honestly, I love the place and hate that I have to do this, but I also have no choice. I am just leasing my bedroom of this two bedroom aprtment, so my roommate is part of the deal. Fortunately, my roommate (and hopefully your future roommate) has been nearly perfect. He is an engineering major but also very outgoing, social, and considerate. He will not bother you when you need your space and usually takes his partying elsewhere (especially if you ask him to). My favorite part about the apartment was the balcony. It has a great view of one of the few lakes in Auburn and always has a variety of birds flying around. Also this apartment is in a great location. It is within 200 yards of Mama G's (across from The Village) which puts it in walking distance of downtown, Old Row, and anywhere on campus. It took me roughly 12 minutes to walk to Parker Hall if I was walking leisurely. I'm leaving the majority of my living room furniture, so all you would need is bedroom furniture.
