The subdivision features 3 bedroom/2 bathroom, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom and 4 bedroom/2 bathroom units. Each unit also feature a 2 car garage. The front yards are maintained by the home owners association, but each resident takes care of the yard maintenance for their own privacy fenced backyard. Each home features the capabilities for high speed fiber optic internet. The provider for this service is Fidelity Communications. Safety and security is a priority for this neighborhood. A Ring doorbell or its equivalent is installed at each front door. Once connected to Wi-Fi every resident has the capability to see who is approaching their door, or at their front door using an app on their smart device. This subdivision is the only gated community that is in walking distance to Hallsville High School, area restaurants, banks, and a couple of gyms. All residents having a pet must sign a pet agreement which becomes part of the resident's lease agreement. A non-refundable fee of $300.00 is required. In addition to the deposit a pet rent will be added to your base rent. An additional $25 per pet (max 2) per month will be accessed.
