**Pre-leasing now** Our location is the #1 attraction. Nestled only 2 blocks from West Campus, most of our residents are Texas State students. Cost is probably the #2 attraction with rents around $400 per room, but please note that we do not do individual room leases, so BYORMs. The #3 attraction might be that we are pet friendly. Dogs especially will love the nearby hike and bike trail that is literally only about 150 yards away, and are even considering building a small dog park on the property for supervised dog play. The #4 attraction is that almost all of our units have recently been renovated with some combination of the following upgrades: -Upgraded bathrooms (travertine tiled shower, new sinks, low flush toilets, and usually granite countertops) -Slate plated fireplace -Upgraded flooring (18" porcelain/ceramic tile and sometimes hardwood plank) -Upgraded Kitchen (granite countertops) -Some units have luxury kitchens (upgraded appliances, stained cabinetry, stainless steel handles) The outside appearance is nothing special right now, but changes are coming. For 2016, we installed Bike Racks, Trash Bin Barns (to hide bins from view), new paint, new landscaping and will continue to make improvements in 2017.
