Large private patio, with seating, grill, & line for towels/suits. Garage with storage for beach items, extra refrigerator, and full washer/dryer. Blocks from varied dining, entertainment (live music), & shopping options. Bike & watersports rentals + pickleball courts very nearby. ~1 mile to central Beach Haven (Fantasy Island). Cleaning fee included. We are long-term LBI owners who love welcoming other fans of the island (owner apartment upstairs, intermittent visits, separate entrance). Maximum of 4 people. No pets. Summer rentals only. Rent for 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 weeks. This is a great value for the location. You can rent for 1 month and up to 2 months. Season dates are July 5 or 6 through August. Payments: first 1/3 of total rent + security deposit due at booking, second 1/3 due 60 days before check-in date, balance due at check in. Pay by Zelle or check. Security deposit returned upon inspection after check-out. No pets. No smoking, vaping, or chew tobacco use. One off-street parking spot is included and no parking on the landscaped yard/stones. Manage bins per the local recycling and trash street-side pick-up schedule (posted in house). No soaked or sandy towels, etc. in the washer or dryer. Use provided outdoor wash area & hose (NOT either shower) to wash sand off skin, etc.
