This apartment is beautiful and is located downtown East Lansing above Urban Outfitters. You would be just feet away from all the best shops, restaurants, bars, and MSU campus. It couldn't get better! The apartment itself has a large kitchen, one bathroom, one bedroom, and a living area. Past tenants have had two people living comfortably in this apartment. Utilities are not included but are extremely affordable (BWL is normally $12-$20 a month). Rent is $725 a month and a security deposit of $1000 is due upon signing.
