Air and heat is delivered through split units. Laundry is in the hallway of the second floor and is shared with one other unit. The apartment can be rented furnished or unfurnished for a lower rate. We are looking for a lease of 6 months or more. Owner pays for water, tenant pays for electric and gas. There will be an additional deposit fee for pets.
