Two bedrooms are for rent with one shared bathroom. There is a shared washer and dryer, kitchen, fully furnished dining room, living room and loft included with the room. The rent is $650 a month this does not include utilities which will be split between roommates each month, this usually totals around $75. No smoking inside the house, this includes vaping. There is a two car garage and two more parking spaces in the driveway. The road is also usually clear if more parking is needed. Two cats already live at the property. If you plan to bring a pet it will be an additional $50 each month. It is expected that you will clean up after yourself in the shared spaces. An inspection of the room and bathroom will be done prior to move in and any prior damage will be documented. Any damages acquired during the time you are renting will be taken out of the security deposit when you move out.
