Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease from May 1 through July 31 (with the possibility of extending through the school year). I love living here, I share a two-bedroom apartment on the second level with my (female, 20) roommate; we each have our own bedrooms that can be deadbolted, with attached private bathrooms, and share a pre-furnished living space and kitchen. We have east-facing windows and a view of the backyard. Pets are permitted upon approval from management and my roommate. The apartment is brand new and has lots of amenities, including an in-unit washer/dryer, a large TV, stainless steel kitchen appliances including dishwasher, ultra-highspeed internet, free printing, a coffee bar, study rooms, a fitness center, ski/snowboard lockers (just across the hall from my unit), bike storage, a fenced in grass backyard, an outdoor rooftop lounge/grilling area. There is reserved onsite parking. This complex is only for students, which I think is great; it feels very safe and comfortable. The apartment is a short 5 minute drive to campus and about a 10-minute walk to the TRAX station (trolley). There is an awesome coffee shop, Holy Water, just around the corner, Sprouts grocery, Ross, and McDonalds just across the street, and Smiths and Trader Joes near the TRAX. The unit is Floorplan B1, $1380 + utilities per month. No Smoking and no drinking permitted. This lease would be taking over remaining lease from May through July 31, with the possibility of extending through the school year.
