The HOA takes full care of the lawn, including lawn mowing, weeding, seeding and watering, and they clean the gutters 3 times a year; and they roof every 22 years, (new roof 4 years ago) and they paint every 7 years (will be painted this summer and new buyer gets to choose the colors). Common areas in the HOA include large 6 acre park, of which this home sits back into, with paved and lit walking trails, 3 ponds filled with fish and ducks, 2 playgrounds, club house and a creek that borders this property. Neighborhood Description the home owner's association, named Pinebrook, is filled with large Douglas Fir Trees. The trees are so thick that when you google earth this address, all you see are trees, and trees, and trees. I have never been a victim of crime here. I do not lock my car doors, and most of the time I don't lock the house door either. I have never heard of any burglery in the neighborhood, or anyone having their car busted into. About the worst of the crime was once a truck drove into the common area and the tires tore up the park lawn.
