Washing Machine & dryer included. Enjoy the calm water in the mornings for some kayaking. Take a hike during the day, and in the evening relax at the cabin with food on the grill or smoker. Note: the property has a lot of stairs and can be challenging in the winter. Due to septic design, we are limiting the rental to a maximum of 3 people but there is a ton of space and extra beds for occasional guests. This would be best rented by someone hearty that isn't afraid of some stairs and snow but loves the outdoors. No pets. Accommodations may be made for certain small dogs or other hypoelogenic pets. No Smoking or vaping of any sort inside the home. Renter responsible for Power and Garbage. Owner covers internet & water (private well), and Septic on site so there is no sewer bill.
