Parking is either in the driveway or on the street. The townhouse has a balcony with a bbq and seating. There is also a small backyard. The I-5, 99, and 525 are all within close driving distance. All utilities are evenly split, including the internet. The house has 1Gig fiber internet, and when split the cost comes to $45/month. No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. You will be required to provide income verification, a background check, and credit check. A roommate agreement will need to be signed.
