Remember Mr. Clean? I found him! What a clean, comfortable twin home in a very quiet area. The outside entry has new tile. 16 inch tile in the interior walk ways. Carpet replaced in 2014. All of the electrical outlets and switches have been replaced along with upgraded light fixtures. It''s hard to believe that these are the original cabinets. Seller has painted all of the inside of the drawers. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. AC/Furnace were replaced in 2012. Water heater was recently replaced. Great snowbird home.
