These are 2 oversize lots on the water with Gulf of Mexico access. Hard to find double lots on Gulf access water. The oversized canal has only 1 tall bridge before you get to the Myakka river which leads to the Gulf of Mexico. A large boat with a Tower or Ttop will go under the bridge with no problem. We were going to build a large home on these beautiful lots, but our plans have changed and we no longer need them. We are only selling both lots together. We do not want to sell them separate.
