She's 63 years old and keeps to herself, doesn't care if you drink, smoke (outside), as long as you're okay with 1 cat and 1 dog who are as non-invasive as her and can keep your bathroom tidy. You can have access to everything. Includes your own private bathroom (Shared shower in second bathroom) AND 4. comes already furnished with brand new bed, curtains, bathroom amenities and Ikea dressers if you wish to have them. (* They're sanitized and like new. My house came furnished, don't care to bring most items with me. Plus makes moving items and furniture easier.. up to you). ALSO, with this Virus going on, we're trying to give as much information on website/ phone / FaceTime as opposed to having many people coming in and out of home.
