This cabin is AS IS. It’s right off the Susquehanna River. It’s also Close driving distance to several state game lands for all your hunting needs. While not everything is done on the inside, it leaves you able to make the final calls! It’s been a project for us and now life is getting in the way of us finishing it. We lived in it while doing most of the work and now being a little farther away, we are finding it hard to get there to finish projects. The cabin is on a well with a septic system. There is also a hand dug well on the property. Note: ALL of the windows have been replaced. New sliding glass door to the back yard, new front door. All new insulation and drywall inside as well. Also since owning it, the siding has been replaced with rough cut pine.
